An art installation exploring my own face in all it’s different states

This installation was made for a group exhibition in De Firma in my hometown Gouda. The exhibition focussed on finding the unnatural within the natural. I decided to make a work about my physical self, as I had trouble connecting with it at the time. The work consists of around 70 self portraits made with various different techniques, alongside a life-size statue bearing a cast of my own face in plaster.
